This is the 8th Annual Richmond Maritime Festival and there will be lots to see. It shows off beautiful boats and ships, artwork, craft workshops, storytelling, music and a variety of other performances. Check the daily schedule of events on the website.




TD Vancouver Chinatown Festival

Festival activities included open market, the historic walking tours, Kids corner, multicultural stage performances, 125th photo exhibition, and Streetfest (Sat 6-10pm), Youth Talent Showdown 2010 (Sun 3:30pm - 6pm)  and also cooking demonstrations and games.



Brazil Fest

A festival of Brazilian arts and culture, showcasing the best of Brazil has to offer in music, dance, food and film.

This is the last fireworks show and it will be team Canada with their theme "Then and Now". Should be an awesome show. Remember to get to the beach early! This one will probably be the busiest yet!




Picnic in the Park

Connaught Park (12th Ave @ Larch St.), Vancouver

This family friendly event will be happening at Kitsilano rain or shine. It features community booths, art and crafts, rides, a bouncy castle, entertainment and farmers market.
