'Tis the season. For yummy food that is! Joe Fortes hosted a tweetup on Tuesday to show off their holiday decorations and serve attendees some delicious food and drinks.

 It was nice to see some familiar faces at the party and met some new ones!

Seared tuna on potato

One of the biggest hits at the party was the chicken waffle! Sweet but not too sweet sauce on crispy, tender chicken on a waffle!

 Miso sable fish. So good. 

 Oyster Bob wasn't there but Oyster Kevin was! 

Of course, you can't go to Joe Fortes without haven't some oysters. It's mandatory! I had some Bobby selects from Denman Island and Kumamoto oysters. Yum!

 Santa even dropped by to visit us boys and girls!

He even gave us presents!

Joe Fortes always know how to throw a party! Great food, great people, good times.
